At Judi Jordan Photography we take the responsibility of photographing your newborn and family seriously. That means creating a clean, calm, and welcoming space where you can feel at ease.
Studio Cleanliness

• All blankets, wraps, and fabrics are washed before every session.
• Hard surfaces, handles, and floors are disinfected between appointments with non-toxic cleaners.
• Props that cannot be washed are sanitized with UV light to remove 99.9% of germs.

Session Spacing and Practices

• We never book back-to-back sessions. This ensures time for full cleaning and preparation.
• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio.
• We ask that only immediate family members attend to keep the space peaceful and safe.

Wellness Policy

• If you or your family feel unwell, please contact us to reschedule. There is no penalty.
• If I or someone in my household is unwell, I will notify you immediately to reschedule or connect you with a trusted colleague.

Waiver

• All clients sign a standard waiver acknowledging our policies and shared responsibility for health and safety.
